If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you may be subject to a cancellation fee.

If you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know within 24 hours, and we will do our best to make it right. If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we will provide a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, we will provide a full refund of any payment made.

If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time or fail to show up for your appointment, we will not provide a refund.

If we cancel your appointment for any reason, we will provide a full refund of any payment made.

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of our receipt of your refund request. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original transaction.
